In the city of Downsvile Jomo Momo has failed in one of his evil plans to kill the Puff Powder Girls. In his attempts to create the ultimate weapon to use against the Puff Powder Girls he has created too many clones that have escaped his lab. Will he survive especially as the brains on his feet make his movement clumsy?
